Sean is awesome! I have been working with him for a few weeks and already feel stronger. I love that my workouts with him are short and efficient and that his schedule is so flexible. All of these things are so important for a busy, working mom! I have tried several “boutique” fitness classes that require a membership and I can honestly say his workouts are better and obviously more personalized. I am an occupational therapist and love that Sean focuses on safety with his workouts through proper stretching and correct form in order to prevent injury and also tracks progress/stats during every workout. I highly recommend working with Sean!

Sean is the best trainer around. I let myself get pretty out of shape due to some illnesses in my family and having to take care of parents. When I finally decided it was time to get back at it I reached out and have to tell you, you could not get a better experience than Sean. He goes out of his way to help you obtain your goals. When I travel to even put together workouts for me to do on the road that are very detailed, and very familiar to what I do when I’m with him. The level of professionalism, personal attention, knowledge, technique, and general motivation that he offers is unmatched. You can go to one of the big gyms and fight for equipment and fumble around with no real guidance or direction, or you can spend a little extra money get a real trainer and get some real goals achieved. Do not hesitate to get started with Sean.

Sean is the best trainer! If you have been debating on getting a personal trainer or a general gym membership, hire Sean as your personal trainer! You will not regret it. He listens to what your goals are, focuses on your form, and is a great motivator. When I have gone out of town, he even will put together workouts for me to do on my own so I don't fall behind on my goals. Sean is very knowledgeable, personal, and great to work with!

The best part of working out is...Sean!!! He is knowledgeable and is a stickler for proper form to avoid injury.  He is patient, organized and FUN!  He makes our time with him count while making it an enjoyable experience as well.

My husband and I have been going to Sean for four years!  He trains us at the same time as a couple. We get a great workout every week that is challenging, but not overtaxing. Sean keeps our sessions interesting since he mixes up the exercises every week while hitting the major muscle groups. Going to Sean has encouraged us to keep ourselves active between sessions and we are therefore in pretty darn good shape as 64 year olds!! 

A few months ago my husband was in a traumatic car accident. He is convinced that being is good shape afforded him a quicker recovery. We’re so thankful to Sean for getting him healthier to better sustain his injuries. Now Sean is modifying workouts to get my husband back full strength.

Sean is an excellent trainer. I have been training with Sean for several years and he always keeps me motivated with varied work-outs. I have achieved goals of strength, balance, stress reduction and confidence and appreciate everything he has done to lead me there. He never gives up on me and is always a positive person even on my not so good days. He is a motivated and talented trainer and I highly recommend him.

Sean is an outstanding trainer. He pays attention and keeps you motivated and focused. Form and Quality of Movement are two of the main lessons I have taken away from just about every session. I was first referred to Sean a few years ago by my former trainer who was moving out of state. He felt Sean would be the best fit for me because I require a knowledgable trainer who pays careful attention to proper form due to my lower back injury.

I’m so grateful for that referral because Sean has truly been the most important factor in me sticking with an exercise program and doing it correctly and injury-free. He pushes me further than I could ever imagine going on my own, but he also knows when enough is enough.

Sean is personable and fun, but he understands that your time and money are valuable. When you schedule a 30 minute training session with SG Fitness, you get a 30 minute workout. There is no time wasted ever!

If you want to hang out and chat while you pretend to exercise, Sean is not your guy. If you are looking for a serious workout with a trainer who cares about your growth and fitness in a safe environment, Sean is the BEST!

Sean has been my trainer for 3 years. He emphasizes form and technique. Sean would rather you do quality work over mindless reps. I am 65 years old but he does not see my age as a roadblock to fitness. Instead, Sean pushes me to build up my core strength and better posture.

My wife and I have  been training with Sean for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I train twice a week, on a one on one basis, and have really enjoyed how he plans each session so that each one has variety & challenges that helps me improve. Even though each Sean is tough, his sense of humor helps get you through each session and makes it fun. 

Sean has helped me focus on overcoming some physical issues from an old shoulder injury and has helped me regain all of my flexibility that I was struggling with each day. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more squats / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

Most importantly, he is pays attention to detail and ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and to get the maximum benefit.

He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

Sean is a great teacher and motivator!  His workouts are challenging and he pushes me to reach my potential.  He is always making sure I use correct technique to assure the workout is effective and safe.  My workouts are packed with content.  He always checks in with how I am “feeling” before we start to assure the workout focus is the most beneficial and won’t aggravate existing soreness.  Each workout session is different, no “routine” with Sean! 

I felt very comfortable to continue to work out after a slight knee injury last summer.  I felt I could trust his knowledge and he helped me get my strength back quickly.  I had been diagnosed with osteopenia prior to starting my workouts with Sean and now my bone scans are perfect.    My husband and I have both been working out with Sean separately for three years.  He tailors a work out for us together occasionally just to change things up and introduce a little competition.
